Who we are

Prarthna Interiors is an interior design firm based at D5/166, Shiv Durga Vihar Lakkarpur, Faridabad, Haryana – 121009, India. If you have a question about this policy or about anything below, write to projects@prarthnainteriors.com.

What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form on this website: your name, your email address, a subject line, and — if you choose to write one — a message. The message field is optional. We do not ask for anything else, and there is no other form, login or account on this site.

Our web host also keeps standard server access logs, as every web host does. Those record things like the IP address a request came from, the browser making it, the page asked for and the time. They exist for security and troubleshooting and are not used to build any profile of you.

Why we collect it

To reply to your enquiry and to have a conversation about the project you are asking about. That is the only purpose. We do not use it for marketing, we do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not send newsletters.

Where it goes

When you submit the contact form, the details are sent to us as an email at projects@prarthnainteriors.com. They are not written to any database on this website and no copy is stored on the site itself. The email in that mailbox is the only copy we hold.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no advertising pixels and no third-party tracking scripts of any kind — there is, in fact, no third-party script on the site at all. Nothing here follows you to another website, and there is nothing for you to consent to or opt out of.

Who else sees it

Nobody, other than the service providers that necessarily carry it: our website host and our email provider, both Namecheap. Their infrastructure may sit outside India. We do not sell your information, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not pass it to other designers, contractors or suppliers without asking you first.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for as long as the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case the project restarts. If a project does not go ahead and you would rather we did not keep the correspondence, ask us and we will delete it.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, or ask us to delete it. Email projects@prarthnainteriors.com and we will action it. You do not need to give a reason, and there is no charge.

India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025 set out these rights in law. Their substantive obligations are being phased in and take full effect on 13 May 2027; we intend to meet them and are not waiting for the deadline to do so.

Children

This website is aimed at people commissioning interior design work. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

If we change how any of this works, we will update this page and change the date at the top. This version is dated 3 August 2026.
